Katherine Lackey is a licensed Educational Therapist, Reading Specialist and nationally Certified Brain Injury Specialist.  She graduated from California State University Northridge with a Masters in Reading.  She founded C.E.T. in 1975 in Los Angeles, CA.  After relocating to San Francisco in 1980, she received training on neurological processing skills as part of the Perceptual Enrichment Program (P.E.P.) at California Pacific Hospital with Pat Theisen, O.T./R..  In 1996, she expanded P.E.P. to Tucson, AZ.  She became a nationally Certified Brain Injury Specialist in 2009 through the Brain Injury Association of America.
